What can all of us do to help the club?

Yes, I was as pissed off as anybody Saturday, but booing the players who came to thank the fans at the final whistle and telling young kids to 'fuck off', it isn't really on. I don't think there was any lack of effort from any of the players on Saturday.

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

One very basic thought don is where a player appreciates in value. All things being equal an academy would struggle. Players don't appreciate in value until they play regularly, so on that basis it's an argument between (1) the costs of developing your own players with limited assurance that...

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

You believe Fisher now? It's been suggested that CCFC are doing a lot to suggest the academy is all important on the face of it. Who knows if it is.

    Tony Mowbray

That's not correct though. It might be for the farce that is the Premier League, where teams can take a punt due to receiving a guaranteed windfall every season. Not so in our position. We need to stick with Mowbray imo beyond this season and with another summer behind us. The continuing churn...

£1.2m is a significant cost when your turnover is £5m approx.

Match Thread Fleetwood v Coventry Match Thread - Saturday 3rd Sep

Tbf the left wing back put a number of crosses in, especially first half but the two strikers weren't really in the area as they have to get involved in the build up.

Christ agree with you. It was as if the wing backs were told not to go into the final 3rd

    Fair shout or balderdash ?

I've got a full time job I'm not interested in a career on the stage. You know pantomime isn't considered acting.

He was comfortably our best player. Aggressive, can't remember him giving the ball away. He moved about quickly.

    Charles-Cook

People see things differently, where he ran out in the first half it was decisive. The two City defenders were all over the place and their player was in. Yes it ended up being cleared off the line but it was an imminent goal threat otherwise

    Vs Fleetwood player ratings

It's a defensive formation, the wing backs starting position is 10-20 yards behind where it should be, hence the 'wide' strikers end up occupying space where you'd like to see the WING backs. Both wing backs currently play like full backs.

The reality is that Robins had a great run yet still showed dreadful deficiencies. He was given far greater reign to sign players I believe. He made numerous signings when he arrived
