    It could have been us

Try READING my detailed post again. I clearly say at the bottom of the first paragraph "never tabled a bid with CCC". Sorry if that confused you.

    It could have been us

You would think. Yet here we are. "it was supposed to be a private meeting" "what if TF had have leaked it" More lame ass excuses that still don't explain why SISU never tabled a bid with CCC when invited. I really couldn't give a flying one that the fact the meeting was leaked. It didn't mean...

    It could have been us

So? SISU still never tabled an offer with CCC. It's the only thing we do know for a fact. Why not? That's the question you should be asking. Why not?

    It could have been us

HOT's were for the Higgs share prior to being invited to bid for the CCC share. Not even the same thing. And sorry but JS wanted the meeting to remain private is just another one of those lame ass excuses. Aside from the fact that the only details we know of the meeting is that SISU never...

    It could have been us

With respect Nick that's just BS. If the respect was for CCFC said posters would be asking the question of SISU not rounding up on those that do. The have either completely misunderstood what it takes to purchase something once invited to make an offer or they're giving SISU too much respect by...

    It could have been us

They are all shit. But unless SISU put a bid in to be rejected you can't argue anything. If they'd put a bid in they'd either have exposed CCC as a dictatorship or we'd be sitting in the Ricoh as owners not tennants. I'm still waiting for someone to come up with a valid reason as to why SISU...

    It could have been us

Other than they put in an offer and then come up with the cash. It was a bit hard to sell to SISU when they didn't show willing enough to even table an offer.

    Stokes

Bloody vegetarians. I love a faggot myself. Especially with chips and peas. Top tip. If it's the cook from frozen type leave the lid of for the final ten minutes and they'll get lovely and crispy on top. Yummy.

Angry mum sues leisure centre for £20k claiming 'staff stopped her breastfeeding'

That certainly couldn't have helped. We were fortunate in that both of my children were born the traditional way and the first thing both did when first handed to my wife was latch on and start feeding straight away. We were lucky in that respect.

Angry mum sues leisure centre for £20k claiming 'staff stopped her breastfeeding'

Attitudes in this country towards breastfeeding in public need to change. My wife breast-fed both our children. Not one drop of formula ever passed their lips and that's something I am so proud of my wife for, it's just one of the many reasons my wife is probably my biggest hero in the world. We...

    Leicester

Anyhow. Congratulations Leicester. Rather it was Spurs to be honest but the table doesn't lie and Leicester deserve it.

    Leicester

Squad cost £28M I think they just said on BBC news. Chicken feed in the premier league.

Most home wins in a season since 1987

Does that include cup games? Maybe I misheard and it was most home league wins only.

    Mean while back in court

Basically it's far from over whatever the result. If SISU lose I dare say that there's an appeal process through the European courts that they could pursue, if they win they'll be claims to pursue assuming that CCC don't appeal that decision if they have that option and that's before you even...

Is promotion still on for next season

True. But surely it's about averages. There hasn't as far as I no been any talk of budget overspend overall and yes the squad was larger at the end of the season but it was also very light at the start. If we were overspending at the end I'd be pretty sure we under spent at the start. Either the...

Most home wins in a season since 1987

Not surprising really considering our lack of top six finishes.

    Local Elections - Your Vote

If this politics thing doesn't work out for him I bet there's always a job waiting for him with SISU. Sounds like he has all the right qualities to make it there ;)

    Local Elections - Your Vote

Conservative as always. For one simple reason. Forget big politics if you want your local council run efficiently, good value for money and your council tax as low as possible vote conservative. You only have to look at what a disaster CCC and Birmingham council are to see that's true.

Most home wins in a season since 1987

Me neither. Overall the most enjoyable season I've experienced in my time. More wins, regular good football and a better atmosphere in the ground. Onwards and upwards for next season.

Is promotion still on for next season

Wash your mouth out. SISU would never bullshit us. I suspect that there's a chance you could be right though. On top of the Madison money if rumours are correct there could be a Wilson windfall to.
