    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

If no one cared there wouldn't be all this fuss in the first place and your only comment on it would be just close it, it's not needed anyway. As there is a fuss and you have plenty to say about it clearly people do care.

    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

Depends what's on the list. Has CA ever gone public with what's on the list? Plus let's face it. When it comes to PR Wasps haven't really got to do a lot to look better than us. CA has pulled a blinder for them by not attending the meeting. He's lost out twice in the PR games with that. If he...

    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

Never said it would be. It would however save money, time and resources. That's also a precedent that the club have set over the last 12 and a bit months. Not saying it is the case, just saying that it's not beyond the realms of possibilities.

    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

Like I said. That would be the gamble.

    Alternatives to the Higgs?

As Nick says the indoor pitch is the big issue so the club has two choices if not negotiate at the Higgs. Build our own or go into partnership with someone else at a different site. Both of which would require investment so unlikely. With regards to Kilsby Lane in Rugby that might be an issue...

    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

Mostly funded by the club though. The gamble I guess is can you still turn out a Wilson or Maddison every couple of years without the Cat 2 status? That's alot of money saved if you believe you can, especially at league one level. There's also the other cost, time. The academy is very time...

    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

Yes, you could look at it that way also. Although CCFC hadn't lodged the objection when the meeting was supposed to have taken place. Maybe CCFC have a leak ;)

    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

Emails leave a paper trail. The company I work for have a bad debt at the moment going to court and emails most definitely are making part of our case, they tell a story. Nothing legally binding but they do form part of the back drop to our case. We've also seen the same happen in the JR's. Now...

    Time is a great healer......But !

    I'm a player not a two timer.

    You said you liked it.

    Time is a great healer......But !

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's hugged a complete stranger at a game when we've scored.

Sordell - How Many Goals ?

I think he was, yes. Given how the squad is shaping up ahead of our first game personally I'd start him and give him the captains armband.

OPINION: SAVE OUR CITY: Flaws in council support for Wasps move into CCFC academy

They can share the facilities. IIRC it's only the classrooms and changing facilities have to be exclusive to the academy.

OPINION: SAVE OUR CITY: Flaws in council support for Wasps move into CCFC academy

They don't need to. They could build the indoor pitch and class rooms at Ryton and then utilize pitches at a second location such as the UOW.

Are we all excited for the up and coming

Looking forward to watching some live football. Not expecting much this season though, mid table mediocrity. Hoping for so much more.

OPINION: SAVE OUR CITY: Flaws in council support for Wasps move into CCFC academy

Worth noting that since then RBC as part of it's town plan have asked Ryton to accommodate 100 new homes. Might get a different outcome now.

    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

Ot actually says this "CCFC is moving towards the fully integrated football model whereby there is no longer a silo model in which Academy and the first team group rarely work together. Dismantling the silos both promotes the acceleration of young players’ development and is aspirational for...

    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

It contradicts the planning objection is the point. I want the planning objection to have every chance of succeeding. It's nothing to do with anything Wasps. It's you who brought them into the argument not me. All you've done is expose yourself as someone who will fall over themselves so quickly...

    Formal Planning Objection from CCFC

It's not an article. It's a five point mission statement that appears on the clubs site. You can see the difference I'm sure
