Nuneaton MP to raise CCFC home next season in Parliament

Unfortunately, all this action from MPs is too little too late. Where were they when: 1. The heavily indebted club sold its home without a spade having gone in the ground at the new site nor any funding for its construction being secure 2. The heavily indebted club sold its stake in ACL for a...

    Cov City Fans Jailed

Football fans are an easy target for the police (like any mass gatherings of the working class). Helps the arrest figures + justification for spending significant amounts on football intelligence officers for each club.

Yes, he got Baker (who had previously been rubbish) playing some good stuff. He signed Moussa and got him fit and firing too. He played 4-5-1 The comments about two sitting midfielders are off the mark, that may work a bit better for us going away to one of the better sides in the division (it...

Things that are wrong with football thread

This concept of deliberate fouls being ok if it means a team doesn't find itself potentially outnumbered in a breakaway situation. It makes me cringe when divvy pundits say "He's taken one for the team there". I think ill-spirited foul play like that should be a red card offence.

Yes. DHL are a very well respected company too. It's either a massive public health risk through their main supplier, or some sort of financial issue with KFC UK.

Swansea seals new lease deal on the Liberty Stadium

The apparent £113m build cost for the Ricoh is way out of kilter. Appreciate the clean up of the gasworks and excavation for the casino + the exhibition hall were additional features and cost but the numbers do not stack up when compared with similar facilities.
