The Butts - CRFC Confirms it is willing to join mediation talks

What level of planning approval does it have? You do realise there's more than one don't you? Does this approval include the right to play professional football at the site? Because if it doesn't (and I think we all know the answer to that one) from a CCFC perspective (unless the plan that...

The Butts - CRFC Confirms it is willing to join mediation talks

Bollocks. Look at the court case the owners of Mildenhall stadium lost to newbies that moved into the area. It has basically bankrupted them and this was all about noise from the stadium from a house that are both in the flight path of RAF Mildenhall where military planes are allowed to take off...

The Butts - CRFC Confirms it is willing to join mediation talks

Liberty stadium isn't hemmed in on three sides which means access is actually one of the reasons why it can be 20K with the possibility of expansion. It also cost £27m without the added issues the BPA would pose 15 years ago. How much more is redeveloping the BPA going to cost? Who's bank...

The Butts - CRFC Confirms it is willing to join mediation talks

Salivating at the thought and you don't even know whether this move will do more harm than good for either CCFC, CRFC or indeed Wasps. What a moron you are. The OP is asking the obvious question. Will this work? What are the current figures and what are the projected figures once redevelopment...

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

If that's the case why don't they put the plan's into CCC and call their bluff? If they're serious why haven't they put the plan's in full stop? Without the need to call bluffs? Maybe it's because they are bluffing themselves. What other logical reason could there be for not submitting plans?

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

Great. When do I get to vote who runs our club like I get to vote who runs our country you Dumbo head.

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

You don't do anything. I wouldn't say it to Stu because unlike you he doesn't sit behind his keyboard accusing everyone of being fickle, telling everyone else what they should be doing while doing fuck all himself so I have no reason to say it to him. I noticed that you're dodging the difficult...

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

Why didn't you run when asked? You did the election speech with your "what I would do if I was running the trust" thread and then went missing when it was pointed out to you that elections were coming up. One of the board even said they would back you. Why didn't you go for it and help them...

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

You don't need the trust to disband to do that. Anyone can set up a supporters group including you. The problem is no one is doing it. So that leaves you with the trust. That's anyone but the Trusts fault.

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

Are you sure Dave? According to this recent article they don't even own the ground let alone any of the land around it and the local council aren't behind any future development/expansion of the ground anyway. AFC Bournemouth begin search for new stadium site for 2020-21 season

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

And? They still have to get planning permission and surely you mean adjacent. Most, if not all of the adjoining land is houses and in this day and age they aren't going anywhere.

    It's Tim Fisher ;)

My apologies. Penned in on all sides apart from one corner flag.

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

Bournemouth have owners who were willing to supply the financial support that the stadium can't supply. That's the difference. Bournemouth would also give their right nut to have a 32k stadium right now but it won't happen on the current site as it's penned in on all sides, much like the BPA...

Well at least you got something to celebrate. Or has the diet slipped and you're saying he's gone up a notch on his belt?

    Mediation talks underway

So Otium are going to fund it then? Lets hope JS doesn't ask for proof of funds with traceability all the way back as apparently is the norm. Wake up Dave. They have already made such a press release stating also that they can't refuse planning based on who is applying for it. They even...

    Mediation talks underway

Sharp already has told Fisher to do one. Why do you want the council to make him do it again? Why do you think it's the job of the council to make him do it again? Baffling, truly baffling.

    Mediation talks underway

They have the lease. Of they won't deal with SISU it's a non starter. Which in actual fact then asks the question what's it got to do with the council? How are the council supposed to call SISU's bluff? If the lease holder won't deal with SISU there is no bluff.
