    Granted , hypothetical , i know ...

So many great memories. Used to love going to Cov on the train and walking up but also loved parking on Stoke Heath (think that's correct, sorry not a covtarian) and then walking across the park. Remember walking across it once and hearing a commotion behind and Andy Townsend was running across...

Is it? That we know of (there may have been more attempts for all we know) ACL attempted to engage with SISU at least two times before before they finally sat down and negotiated a return. Who's to say that if SISU hadn't sat down before we moved to sixfields a satisfactory deal couldn't have...

I don't know. They both have Lego hair.

It's not relevant to your original post where your claim "it was the major factor in breaking the historic/original rent and catering deal. Without the move to Sixfields we would still be paying best part of a £ Million a year or alternatively a third administration and points ban". It wasn't a...

You could probably guess dozens of reasons and maybe still not find the truth. My best guess was simply to distress ACL. What we can be sure of is that it wasn't for footballing reasons, it wasn't for the fans benefit, it wasn't because it made good business sense and it certainly wasn't to...

It really wasn't and no we wouldn't. Going into administration broke the existing rent agreement. Sixfields had absolutely zero to do with breaking the rent agreement. We were still playing at the Ricoh when that happened and Sixfields hadn't even been mentioned. There was absolutely no need to...

    100% my main worry.

    Court Match Thread

Can't see the logic in doing that myself. You could argue that in JR1 it was worth it as it was distressing ACL and it was assumed that if they went bust there was nowhere else to turn. Look at how wrong that turned out to be although you could argue it was a reasonable assumption at the time...

    Court Match Thread

I was thinking the opposite myself. If they've spent 3 years preparing what they put forward it goes to show just what a hollow case they have. It's based on what happened after the event not what led to the event and the decision made that they were questioning. from my understanding thats the...

Quite possible. It certainly wouldn't have helped regardless of how unlikely SISU were to get the result they wanted.

    Court Match Thread

I can't see how championing court action that even I could see was doomed to failure from the start and has done nothing but predictably (if you want to pull your head out of the clouds) damage CCFC is sticking up for CCFC myself but each to their own.

Not if they happily destroy CCFC in the process. Which seems to be the plan. Everything that they've done has pushed us down at every stage. I can't see how they win without CCFC loosing.
