I would expect both teams to field a reasonably strong squad, it would seem disrespectful not to and being that close to the season, is a good opportunity to give your first 11 a run out. We're only a league apart this season, not three leagues as this time last year!

I have seen what on paper appear to be better England sides labour against the likes of Panama. This has been great. Delivery from set pieces great, clear cohesion. The Belgium game though not that important could be a cracker.
