    Did Sisu appeal?

So you admit that SISU have never been serious about buying the Ricoh then. You'll still carry on blaming everyone else though exonerating SISU of blame at the same time.

    Did Sisu appeal?

She said it in a court of law. Are you saying she was acting in contempt?

    Did Sisu appeal?

They probably should have tried negotiating on that basis then. In fact they should have tried negotiating on any basis.

    Did Sisu appeal?

I think you're right OSB. Think it was in the LR interview. Labovich repeated it often in his Comical Ali radio interview's. And Tim did his bit to promote it to.

    Did Sisu appeal?

They asked for proof of funds. Not sure that's the same as rejection. Maybe in Grendull world.

    Did Sisu appeal?

I've got a feeling that you only read the headline and not the article because if you read the article it doesn't back you up.

    Did Sisu appeal?

And who was going to pay for it and from where. ACL couldn't afford it and neither share holder had any interest in investing. SISU could invest in the club and sell us when we're back in premier league and worth more. That ain't going to happen either for exactly the same reasons yet you seem...

So , what do we all reckon for 2017/18 season ?

And you also have to remember who said we have a top 8 budget. Given who that was it could be just that. Talk.

    Did Sisu appeal?

There would have to be an appetite to invest from either share owner for that to happen. That was clearly not there and why would it have been. Who in their right mind would have invested in a stadium with no anchor tennant unless you had an anchor tennant to bring to the show? So that means...

    Did Sisu appeal?

So how were ACL going to pay for the lease extension? Maybe another YB mortgage? I think we both know the answer to that one although my guess is that you will conveniently ignore the question.

    Did Sisu appeal?

Only problem with that theory is that the plain truth is ACL couldn't afford to extend the lease. Something else I think OSB has explained a gazillion times.

    Did Sisu appeal?

What about the prior 7 years? What about when Joy had the council leader in her office having travelled to London to hear her offer that was never made?

So , what do we all reckon for 2017/18 season ?

I'm not expecting it to be a stroll in the park. Not expecting relegation but my gut is telling me that automatic is probably a step to far and playoffs will be a challenge. Hopefully I'm proved 100% wrong though.

CET: Nene park a potential new "home"

Nene park wouldn't be happening at all fella. It's been knocked down and they're building houses on it as we speak I believe.

    Did Sisu appeal?

Wouldn't SISU have to have been an interested purchaser for the council to agree or disagree a sale to the club. It is well documented in the courts that SISU are interested in investing millions in speculative legal action but not interested in investing millions in a tangible asset such as...

    Did Sisu appeal?

As per usual you're putting the cart before the horse. Could Wasps have purchased the lease extension without purchasing ACL first? Yes or No? The true cost of purchasing the 250 year lease was the cost of purchasing ACL AND the cost of the extension. You couldn't do one without the other...
  17. skybluetony176

    Did Sisu appeal?

That actually isn't true. As OSB has explained a gazillion times owning the original lease gave you the exclusive right to buy an extended lease. You had to have the original lease to get the extended lease so to say it that the original lease had no value is just plain wrong. In many ways it...

Petrol and Diesel Cars banned by 2040

Last time I was in Manchester City centre (last year) they were doing loads of work building new station's and associated stuff. I think the new buses are hybrid as will new black cabs be but getting back to the carbon footprint all they really do is shift the concentration of pollution around...

Petrol and Diesel Cars banned by 2040

Indeed. If you want to buy a car with a small carbon footprint buy something over ten years old, petrol and economical. There's nothing greener than recycling a car. I'm surprised that London hasn't jumped on the tram revolution to get rid off buses. That would seem a good starting point to do...

Petrol and Diesel Cars banned by 2040

Bolivia mainly. Although lithium is common across the whole Andes mountain range. This is why saying electric cars that use lithium batteries is green is actually a big slice of BS. Lithium has a massive carbon footprint. First you have to get it down from the Andes, then you have to ship it as...
