The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

So in 2004 when the economy was booming and the pound was at 1.70 against the euro that was great for the growth of the British economy and now the pound is at an all time low and starting polarity with the euro in the face this is still good for the growth of the British economy? You're going...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Why is the pound so low against the euro? - BBC News Read this with interest earlier. Seems that the pound is expected to reach polarity with the euro at some point in 2018. Seems largely to do with the much anticipated collapse of the eurozone and euro by the brexit camp being the opposite of...

    David Boddy's Programme Notes

TBF he comes across quite well in that. Factual (as far as I can tell) and to the point, didn't skirt the ticketing issues and said what I would imagine season ticket holders wanted to hear.

They'll be able to double ticket prices then according to one football finance expert on here. Supply and demand apparently.

It certainly is. Been a few times with the kids now. The thrust simulator is pretty good, there's a regular changing side exhibition so there's always something different to see, there's the parade bus (check my avatar) and as a bonus I get to feel all smug by boring my kids to death with the...

That is a worry. Although I'm always pleased when he's keeping quiet the opposite side of that coin is that when he does eventually break silence it's usually a shit storm of half truth's, spin and BS and the longer the silence goes on the worse it usually is. He's timings are always impeccable...

It's dirt cheap at auctions as well. More pleasing to the eye most of it also before you even do anything with it. That's the way I'll be rolling in the future.

You may be right with your distraction. But if the story has any truth to it wether that be dual citizenship for himself and/or children or full citizenship for either than he's a hypocrite. In fact what's his wife's status? Surely if he had the courage of his conviction she'd be a fully paid up...

Tear it down. There's some good developments, historic buildings and nicer corners of the city centre behind it that it blocks the view of while looking a shitty mess in it's own right. Not sure what it's like inside but if it's anything like the outside it must be a horrible place to stay.

For big towns check out Northampton. It's truly awful. Doesn't even have a decent out of town development to offset the awful town centre that I know of. You'd be better of shopping in Rugby

Not sure what you're expecting from Coventry. It has the same generic shops that most cities and towns of a similar demographic has. Sounds like you're expecting a Harrods or something. Not going to happen.

That whole area has some potential really with the transport museum one side of the park and creams the other. With the water park coming also on the doorstep there must be scope to do more to encourage people to the area. Not sure what's happening with the Coventry and Warwickshire hospital...
