Yeah I remember that. One of the few times he’s made a bad decision...he opted to try and beat their man in a race for the ball as opposed to running back into position.

I think he actually came with a decent reputation, a ‘one to watch’. I read an article about him (possibly posted on here) which had him listed as such. Albeit it was written a year or two before he arrived. Looks like a really good footballer. Not blessed with great pace, or height, can read...

JCH was excellent today. He was great at leading the line. He worked hard and if Thomas had a right foot would have had an open goal to tap in to. I didn’t think JCH was the type of player that could do what he did today...despite his size. Bodes well. I also like max Biamou!

I can’t remember him spilling anything at crosses. He made a great one handed save and his kicking was pretty good. I can’t really see what else he could’ve done.

Some harsh scores there! I thought JCH was great in the second half.

For what it’s worth I thought burge looked very solid today. It looked to me like he needed a bit of protection in the lead up to the one that went past the post from the corner and I thought the goal was due to sterling, not him. He looked assured. Not often I’ve said that!
