Last week we watched the last episode of the previous series, which helped a little. There were quite a few “Aah yeah” moments…as we recalled certain characters and storylines. Definitely couldn’t remember some bits though.

I’m really hoping that getting rid of a lot of the ‘dead wood’ in January was part of a longer term plan to get Hamer and O’hare on contracts and for transfers this summer. I’m possibly deluded.

Just watched the first two…really good. It’s definitely one of my favourite series. I watched El Camino yesterday, as sort of preparation. It was decent. Well worth a watch I thought. Forgot how scary Jesse Plemons is in Breaking Bad.

If we sign JCS I also hope we sign JCH to stop my ongoing ‘name brain’ confusion…or to hide it at least. For a similar reason we also seemingly need to sign Liam Bridcutt so that at least telling people about Liam Bidwell might make some sense. I think I’m ok with all the other names...
