    New Baby

Congratulations, Great Expectations indeed! Just relax, no right or wrong way to do things, don't get hung up on guidance people write on the internet

Match Thread Watford vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 27th Aug

Play the strongest team we've got, let's try and make progress. Our performance in the League cup is pathetic over the years. Since we got to the semi in 1990 we rarely seem to go beyond the second or third round at best.

    Things that annoy you

Yeah it's so expensive now coupled with the Tory wankers deliberately devaluing the £. It has symmetry with its cross Atlantic mate London. It's basically an extreme microcosm of the western world, no coincidence it's a 'financial centre'

Agreed, you wouldn't have thought he'd been sat on the bench all day playing against defenders who'd run around in the heat, he just doesn't have the presence that he should

That second half was difficult, conceded far too much territory. O'Hare looked good when he came on but Bakayoko won nothing in the air and stood about like a loose part. As much as McCallum did well out of position we missed Dabo's forward runs. Wakefield looks like the new Leigh Jenkinson

As it's a warm day I'd expect changes earlier than usual, be good to see the new signing get a run. I think Westbrooke will stay on as he's helping McCallum defensively

They had a super rich owner in Ellis Short who pumped millions in, their problems aren't related to money

No, he was the only one who voted against. Here is a quote from him:

Hiwula isn't playing as a wide player. Why is everybody so obsessed with traditional roles. Look at the runs Hiwula makes.

Cllr Jim O'Boyle about the council / land for stadium

I don't give any credit to the councillors, they get pushed around by the officers who make the decisions and let the councillors take the credit / flack for them.

Watford - Pay on the gate?

According to Twitter earlier, 2100 were sold prior to general sale, which considering the reduced number of season ticket holders means that it's pretty likely to sell out.

Are you seriously denying that the homeless are not a burden on the NHS and the police and generally to a greater extent than somebody who isn't homeless?
