    Resolutions

KCIC is an ineffective approach. It may be a popular one, and I can see why people buy into it... But they've achieved nothing. I read on further, and looked at some of the other posts, and most of the vitriol is aimed at the SBT. It is like some people expect 'well I payed my quid... Why...

Or more to the point - the trust is now being derided as it didn't support some peoples modus operandi

    Appeal Decision?

Hopefully the silence from SISU means they are going to leave it alone regarding the appeal. If that is the case, we know that the FL are dealing with the 590K monies so I can't now see a reason if this happens for talks not to start.

    New statement

Clearly the only way is going to be success on the pitch.. and that means getting to PL. I don't think they have an exit strategy, because I think they are planning on being here a long while.

    New statement

    He doesn't...he's making it up.

    New statement

But they won't will they.... they have met the conditions set out by the FL. You're making an argument out of something that is non-existent now.

    New statement

How do you come to that conclusion exactly?

    New statement

Like SISU controlled the previous ESCROW? If that was the case then surely SISU would never have authorised for ACL to draw down from it during the rent strike. The FL control the ESCROW - no one else. The league haven't issued payment because there is challenge to how much should now be paid...

    New statement

You have no idea what you are talking about - that is complete guesswork. SISU need to drop the appeal - ASAP. Whether they come out publicly and do it or say privately in negotiations that for the two parties to decide. ACL need to realise that they are going to get their money... it's now...

    New statement

Would you be able to clarify if they will accept that the funds are now with the FL for that particular caveat?

    Time to contact the FL

'It doesn't matter if your waiting for your next meeting... pay the fucking money already' :guitar2:
  12. Ian1779

    New statement

The money is with the FL - it is their arrangement, and for them to distribute when and how they see fit. How difficult is it to understand.....?
  13. Ian1779

    New statement

I thought the whole point of an ESCROW is that a third/another party is in control of it. SISU pay in, and someone else determines where the money goes, but also you can't withdraw from it yourself without the permission of the controlling party. Surely that would have been what was in place...

    New statement

How is that bollocks? The FL confirmed it.

    New statement

I suppose it could well be in their proposal. Again - I see that they used the phrase 'own our own stadium'.. no mention of build.

    New statement

Which side are we talking about? Or do you mean both of them?
  17. Ian1779

    New statement

There is one simple concession to be made on each side. SISU have to drop the appeal ACL have to accept that the money is with the FL and it is their call when and how much they get No reason at all for talks not to be happening.

ccfc v ccfc - possible protest

The idea of a protest during a televised game is a good one. I personally think some #BringCityHome signs would be more than sufficient and send out a united message with all other initiatives. Perhaps that could be in conjunction with this. PS. By the way, the 'woe is me' shit is ridiculous...
