Did CCFC have the money? What was the buy-back price? Was it the same? Was there a charge/levy/hike in the price? Too many questions and not nearly enough information.

I'm not blaming - but what I am saying is was there a plan for CCFC to buy back this share when they got back on two feet? Did CCFC ever have that opportunity to get that share back? We are talking here prior to SISU even being here.

Do you think that they would put that on the table? My concern is that Wasps/CCC are not exactly trustworthy. It could easily transpire that SISU drop legals and then suddenly their promises don't come to pass.

Go back to 2003 and the deal that got us in the Ricoh - as a club we had our pants down. If Higgs truly wanted the club and stadium united then why effectively force us into such a shit deal? I know it wasn't just them in terms of the deal, but the bail out around that time came from them.
