I've seen this "third party" offer derided before, and really NW it's nonsense. Many business transactions are offered and concluded with the involvement of a third party. I have been personally involved in one, where myself and a co owner of a business couldn't stand to be in the same room...

Yes, and I read that yesterday, and again now, but cannot see any inaccuracies. In fact, the whole article is very clear and concise, very understandable as to who is suing who, and why.

I'm still trying to find the inaccuracies that Ian says are there. That's basically saying that Simon is misleading us or lying isn't it? Maybe I'm just missing it, but I would like to know what they are.
