Yes, but Tim keeps spouting off, and he carries no weight. If Joy just sacked him and also ML, and then said she wants to talk (even with all the other stuff going on) I would have a little more hope of talks being productive, even if they ultimately failed due to 1 sides, or the others...

Unfortunately, very little of what Tim Fisher says carries any weight whatsoever. He is a puppet. As Chief Executive, he has the responsibility, but none of the Authority. And...we all know it. I had faint hopes that talks could start, but they are even fainter now. I'm struggling to see how...

I nearly added that to my original post :) Would have been interesting to see if ACL had accepted the lower figure from SISU, whether R & McG would have then gone after SISU for their money back.... Although I'm sure SISU would have then argued the money was nothing to do with rent... :o

It appears SISU are arguing over the guarantors money received, meaning they should pay less. Wasn't this money paid as SISU defaulted on rent? If so, then the guarantors should get their money back after SISU pay up shouldn't they? Or is this too simple... ?

Rob, did you ever issue a set of minutes, or at least a summary of your 6 hour meeting with joy? Might help the credibility of your group if we saw these, and can then judge for ourselves if we see it's had some effect. Also, when the KCIC "offer" was made, there was a lot of concern on...

It's posturing, but maybe, like the KCIC "offer" it should be seen as a positive, especially bearing in mind other recent events. JR, FL, etc. (Well, I want to see it that way at least, but it's bloody tough given their history of lies)

I'll be coming. Must admit, last years was a definite "feel good" for me. I was talking about it earlier to a mate, and it brought back the memories. Marching with like minded fans, lots of good humour. The first surprise was how many turned up. Fingers crossed for a similar or better turn out...
