    Death List 2021

And Uncle Albert (and how could anyone overlook Stan and Hilda's muriel ? ;) ). It used to be a good comedy overall. Nowadays it's just one depressing nutter storyline after another. No idea what my dragon sees in it, but at least she's now abandoned the utter dross that is East Enders.

Might have to look that one out. I always used to enjoy a Belgian Kriek back in the day, but haven't given it a thought for ages.

Springs flashing a bit of ankle at is

Yep. Been checking all my new perennials that have been overwintering in the cold frames. Most seem to have survived. Forgot I'd left some dahlia seedlings in there though. Damn. Meant to bring them in, but too late now - the frost got them. I'll put some more in tomorrow and get them on the hot...

Just back from a 90 minute wander with the mutt. It's beautiful out there. Feckin' frosty at sparrow-fart though.

I'm really not into stouts at all, but all this chat about these chocolate ones is making me fancy a go. Stoppit. (I'm on a liver-revival period at the mo so remind me in about three weeks ;) ).

My old flat a murder scene.

I looked that up on GMaps yesterday as I knew I knew it, but couldn't think where it was. Turns out it's called Waveley Rd , no 'r', on the map. Which is correct? I always assumed Waverley as that's how people say it.

A Coventry Murder on TV Tonight

It's not new around there. When I hit my teens and was let off the leash so to speak (I lived behind the Green Man, Hal Green Rd, so close to the Manor House, and therefore a short step to Wood End) me and a mate were chased off the estate by a group of older lads (15yo or so), one of whom was...

No, sorry. I don't associate with alcoholics ;) That sounds like my kinda brew tbh, but I'm off the pop at the mo. I do dry four or five week spells about three times a year just to help out my poor old liver. I'm about a week in just now, and really fancy a brew :( but the best I'm doing is...

    City Connections.

No, not Danny (or Darren come to that). I said 'close' which was a hint. It's Mick's son George; George's grandson, slightly confusingly. Both here wearing CRFC colours. Mick played for them for many years. Young George for a short spell.

Yes, that's Micky, George's son. The second?

Both these rugby players have a strong, common, connection with CCFC. Any idea?

Just been out the front painting a fence when the guy from two doors away, who is a lifelong Liverpool fan (allegedly) wandered over for a natter. First thing he mentions? Yep, their injury list.
