Some Finlock gutters may contain asbestos, not all, and as long as they aren't broken won't be a problem (care obviously needed in removal/disposal). The soffit thing is irrelevant as they don't utilise soffits as the whole system is integrated as a one-piece concrete gutter/lintel. As for Artex...

Somewhat OT, I know, but... George Curtis 25 years ago today on the occasion of his son Michael's marriage to Marti. He just never changed from the day I first clapped eyes on him at HR until then - and really hasn't changed much even now. My hero 😉 (Marti OKd my sharing this btw).

Couple of things. - On Thursday, the Ah Eff You release the season 21/22 fixtures to the Champ clubs, with a request that the clubs release them publicly on Friday. To which, the eleven clubs have collectively told the Ah Eff You to Eff Off as it doesn't give them time to interact and iron out...
