    Big ben

You mean big Ben who was too slow and injury prone and who we were right to get rid of? That big Ben?

    Manager problem or Club problem

Have always said we should stick by a manager if we can and stability is key to our success. But if a manager isn't good enough, he isn't good enough and it would be madness to prolong the agony of his tenure any further. if we find we have a player who just isn't good enough, why would we...

    The Diamond

A few games ago. Tis possible MMM, but I was pissed off with the manager when Gardner came, who was a very attacking midfielder and he still insisted on playing the diamond and even played Gardner as the defensive holding player.

    The Diamond

Well I have been thinking that. That would amount to criticising Thorn though and there would be a riot if that was suggested. You wonder if we would have had many more points as a result. But probably not best to go there as they will just be another 27 page row.

    Cody

Wasn't screaming, but was wondering if he might do that. Think that may have caused us to lose shape though. For all McSheff's anonymity he did give us a bit of width and I'm not sure sure Nimely is half as potent out from the centre. Could see why AT didn't change it. Both Platt and Nimely...

    Cody

He's goning to have to play and he has to come good. Games are going to come thick and fast and as Thorn has already said, Clive Platt struggles with 2 games in a week. As Fat Freddy is out of the reckoning, Cody McDonald is going to have to get game time. Let's hope we play to his strengths.

    Weren't Barnsley dreadful

Of course. We all know we need to up the game against Leshtur. A draw would be absoloutely fantastic.

    Weren't Barnsley dreadful

Yet most people will point to us playing better and getting better results since we lost our top scorer.

    Weren't Barnsley dreadful

As I said on another post. Had we played well we would all be saying "If we play like that every week we have half chance." As it was scrappy and we didn't play well many are now saying "We can't keep playing like that every week and expect to win many games." Everyone is happy with...

Some people moan for no reason. Not my problem some of you should have gone to Specsavers.

Think it is now analyse games week by week

Looking like we may well have to get something at Leshtur to keep tabs. Can see Forest getting something at Barnsley and Doncaster getting something maybe against Brighton. Though Ipswich are almost out of it, you would want them to beat Bristol surely. Either that or a draw. In view of our away...

    Weren't Barnsley dreadful

I think what fans were pissed off with for one was, that last week a lot went to Forest and a lot more watched on TV and Baker overhit every single cross. Yesterday, instead of it seeming like he had worked on it and try to hit the ball a bit softer, he went and overhit every cross again. Now...

    Weren't Barnsley dreadful

I think what he is saying, Rob, is that Barnsley went from one up front to two up front, therefore leaving space in the midfield, but still offered no threat going forwards. This opened things up for us. Bad move by their manager. Before that we didn't look much like breaking them down at all.

    Weren't Barnsley dreadful

Don't wish to piss on Thorn's chips here at all, but would have to say all managers would surely have taken Baker off and put Bell on. I was calling for it at half-time Baker was that bad. Didn't need a tactical genius to make that decision. Very grateful of course that AT did do the right...

Survival? Sorry... but am I missing something

We could paint something on the doors couldn't we and then round them all up and put them in camps.

Survival? Sorry... but am I missing something

Anyone agree that we can do with Hussey being back in the team, if only for his crossing? Not the best by a long chalk, but at least he does put some quality crosses in.
