    Did 6.75k last night, first run for about a month after an attack of sciatica. 33:56. I need to lose a couple of stone to get my speed up, do reasonably well for somebody 2 stone overweight.

    I was wrong on it, I'd looked at the wrong data. Something is awry, there number of tests taken on 9th Nov was 228k , so no more than 114k people yet 27k positive. Terrible. Even with lockdown well on the way towards 1k deaths a day by the end of the month.
