If we go up I’d be happy to pay £8-10m for him. Wouldn’t want to go any higher as I’m very bullish on Dovin also being a top top keeper.

Rushworth - 9 MvE - 7 Thomas - 8 Kitching - 7 JDS - 8 Grimes - 7 Torp - 8 Rudi - 5 Sakamoto - 5 Wright - 7 EMC - 8 Rudi still looks rusty and (despite what he says) dealing with his shoulder. Saka was quiet.

They’ve both had the same growth which is quite funny. Do think people forget just how good Dovin was before he tore his ACL. I’d say at his peak last season he was better than Rushworth’s been so far this year but they’re both excellent keepers.

My final comment on the game is, the best way to view it is, we’ve unluckily dropped 2 points here but we were quite lucky to get all 3 vs Boro/Stoke etc. these are gonna happen, it’s a long old season and they tend to balance out. 6 points from the next 3 and we’re sound.
