    Sheaf to Wrexham

As long as he can pick up Welsh for a few key phrases, 'Which way to the treatment room' 'Apologies, I seem to have misplaced that pass' 'Shit, miles over from 10 yards' He should be OK.

    Aled Williams & John Dempster

Perhaps. But I just think it's odd that some people think that when discussing the merits of our keepers the specialised goal keeping coach who is paid to work with them daily shouldn't be part of the conversation.

I agree. But we've had Marosi, Moore, Wilson and Collins all deteriorate

    How is Aled Williams employed?

How would anyone on here know? I don't know what specifically Dennis Lawrence did well but he was clearly a good defensive coach. I mean, I strongly doubt that Williams has had a negative impact on Rushworth in the few weeks he's been here but given the seemingly perpetual keeping issues we have...

    Solid start to the season

Our home form has been very good under Lampard. Aside from when we went 5 at the back our away form under him last season was ropey. So far this season we've picked up 4 points on the road so I'd say that's a positive. I really don't get the negativity, there are some genuine concerns, I agree...

    Solid start to the season

Sunderland were on the beach?!! They went on to get promoted, did they cut their holiday short?!

    Solid start to the season

And if people are that invested in how the table looks at this early stage then we're in a play off place and above 2 of the relegated teams

    Solid start to the season

Bidwell said midweek sorting out the set piece issue would be an easy fix, let's see!

    Solid start to the season

There were definitely issues from yesterday that need addressing. But surely people have learnt by now that with the exception of 1 or 2 (parachute clubs), the season is a roller coaster for most teams? Plenty of ups and downs but ultimately its about where you finish up. Even Sunderland hit a...

    Solid start to the season

People have moaned about the slow starts for the last 3 seasons, (overly so in my opinion), yet now we've had a solid start some, only 2 or 3, are putting it down to the calibre of them opposition! Some people are never happy!

    Ei ei ei oh

Talking of atmosphere, felt a bit flat yesterday. Anyone else think the same?

But a lot of the players left over aren't deadwood though. And even some of those that are have served us well, (Allen for example), even if it is time for them to move on.

    Rushworth or Wilson

And his opinion is its embarrassing, and he's right.

    Solid start to the season

Think we've started decently. The issues are there for all to see and will hopefully be addressed but averaging 2 points a game is a decent return.

    Callum O'Hare

To flip a usual comment on its head, I'd drive him back myself

This will be a big test. Playing against a low block away from home with a 4 at the back was,a bit of an achilles heel last season This game should tell us more about our seasons prospects than hammering QPR last week.

    Ellis simms

We definitely need an upgrade but there's only a certain level of player who's prepared to sit on the bench and have the odd cameo.
