That's not what you said, you said it undermines someones professional reputation, no one in the game is going to factor in posts on here when assessing someone's ability. Could a person be be personally affected by it if they read it, definitely.

I doubt anyone's getting sacked or even had their professional reputation tarnished by any of the wittering on here. In the same way we've never released a player to another club because someone on here has offered to 'drive them there themselves!'

But you're looking for someone who knows their time will be limited given how good our first 3 are, or you need someone on their level who's confident he can displace one of them, and that will cost. Just shows how difficult it is to get players that tick all the boxes you're after. Ifyoure...

Maybe not. But we basically need someone who's a decent standard but who's happy to sit on the bench and play cameos here and there and not be called on unless there's injury or suspension.

And what level of Torp cover can we realistically hope for? We all hope for the top players for each position scenario but for most Championship clubs, including us, it's not realistic.
