If SISU agreed to a long term rental agreement then ACL wouldn't need to look for someone else to come in, and the club would be financially better off as it wouldn't need to fund a new stadium. A long term rental agreement is what needs to be encouraged.

ACL cant sell the ground as they don't own it. The story in the Telegraph is rather poor in its references to ground ownership and then references to buying a stake in ACL, which is it Simon Gilbert?
