Well we're not nearly out. As nice as it would be Steven Presley does not right the law on the administration process. Earliest for exiting administration is 28 days after July 22nd. He can sound as upbeat as he wants but it won't change that.

I don't really see how this fits in with not being out of admin by the end of august.
