I look forward to CRFC promotion....

They should aim for equality wherever possible. What form should this encouragement take, and could that be seen as advertising the business?

I look forward to CRFC promotion....

I think the Council should help promote every business that aims to bring trade/money to Coventry.

    Worcester given 3,600 tickets.

Went up to get tickets earlier, staff say we've sold 3,000 and Worcester are bringing 4,000.

Its Time the Higgs Charity Remembered it's Loyalties

I think we are in agreement for point 1, there is no evidence whatsoever that Higgs are selling against their wishes. There was no security offered for them getting the future payments, and the offer was based on the premise that SISU could buy the loan from the bank for a maximum of £5m, in...

Its Time the Higgs Charity Remembered it's Loyalties

I don't doubt for a moment that wasps will get them, that is not the question here, do you think Higgs are selling of their free will, or are they being forced to sell against their wishes?

Its Time the Higgs Charity Remembered it's Loyalties

Higgs could have used their veto if they didn't want the deal to happen. They are being offered more for their shares now than SISU guaranteed to pay previously.

If Wasps get all of the Ricoh.....

Its Time the Higgs Charity Remembered it's Loyalties

It's quite child like to make things up to get attention, and that describes your statement. I would agree it appears in all aspects to be a done deal, and there is no suggestion other than your made up one, that Higgs are selling against their will.

Its Time the Higgs Charity Remembered it's Loyalties

No that's right, their job is to do what's best for the Charity, and by that I mean the Charity's aims, which are not CCFC and not Wasps. Anything that happens as a by product of selling their shares is not their main priority. Anyway off out now, hope you have a good evening.

Its Time the Higgs Charity Remembered it's Loyalties

yep, that's what I meant, it definitely won't say do what's best for CCFC. That's the job of CCFC's owners.

Its Time the Higgs Charity Remembered it's Loyalties

If they serve their aims by spending money rather than having it tied up in shares then I'm comfortable. They are not responsible for CCFC or it's owners, ultimately they need to do what's best for the Charity.
