I talked to B.C.F.A re. phoenix club.

Basically take from it what you like. Everyone here is a CCFC fan and if they were still in Cov representing us there wouldn't even be talk of it.

Actually the trust have rights to that in the event of liquidation.

See your point but they are to a lot of people. A club from Northampton just doesn't represent me.

Me, personally, I would go back to old CCFC as main club (ie watch most often) Phoenix as second team. If the Phoenix club serves only to make SISU bring the club back to Coventry or sell to someone that will it will have served its purpose.

I talked to B.C.F.A re. phoenix club.

History is with the fans pal, not SISU. Don't care what anyone says CCFC is about the fans and goes wherever the fans go.

I may agree with you. Any Phoenix club may be better at the Butts unless ACL/Council offered the Ricoh for next to nothing inc rates.

51% fan ownership 49% whoever else.

They are doing that anyway. Not saying that no rent is realistic but if they have no football team a sensible compromise may be required. Why not make use of it?

They did. They offered it for free while in admin.

Haha. Maybe. Obviously in reality they wouldn't drop all the way down the pyramid unless they were liquidated. The question was about gauging at what level the poster would stop supporting CCFC as they were relegated through the levels. His post shows this is an important factor for him.

    Fan owned club

Was it you that said you had a domain? If you are serious about this would be a good idea to get a website up or maybe even just a Facebook page to get an idea of interest. Good luck and shout up if you need help.

I talked to B.C.F.A re. phoenix club.

Why don't you just support Man Utd if you are only interested in a big club? If CCFC fell all the way down the leagues I assume you would stop supporting at some point? What is your cut off?

Each to their own opinion. The club would be there for anyone who wants it. If CCFC ever got liquidated and you wanted to come along you would be more than welcome. This is likely to happen now CCFC have moved.

    Fan owned club

In my eyes the trust wouldn't be involved. They would sooner focus on the new Northampton based club. This would be a club owned by the fans for the fans. A one member one vote basis. Everyone would have an equal say. It would be based on the history of CCFC and represent that fan base. To be...

Cracked it ! Coventry & Nuneaton united A FC

Yeah, it's basically because they have no understanding of anything outside the football league so think it must be alright to do that.

I will agree with you on this. Fucking stupid idea. Someone's stolen our club so lets steal someone else's.

Sphinx are Midland Alliance. Do you really need to ask what the difference is? I know you don't like this idea but I didn't have you down as thick. Some CCFC fans want a club that represents them. Which of the above could I go to and sing Play Up Sky Blues? None of them. With a CCFC...
