Well if the court finds in favour of Sisu, its only against the Council. ACL would not have been found of any wrongdoing, I imagine they would just be told to give the money back. Providing they can find a bank willing to lend to them it wouldn't benefit sisu in the slightest.

With you both on this as well. The City of Coventry needs a professional football club playing within its boundaries. If Sisu have decided that the current CCFC is not up to that job then we need to have our own club.

No that proves it does work. The whole point is to prevent clubs getting into debt. The Man City sponsorship is good for the club. The owners have footed the bill.
