LOL, gotta love the drama on the final day of the Championship! Both Forest & Leicester are missing out of the play-offs. Cardiff take the lead at Hull and Watford are currently going up (around 16 minutes of injury time there!)

Palace equalise vs Peterboro, the latter replace Huddersfield in the drop-zone. Oh, and Leicester are currently in the Play-Offs.

AS IT STANDS - Huddersfield 0-1 Barnsley Huddersfield started the day seven places from bottom, but have now slipped into the relegation zone. They are struggling to impose themselves against Barnsley too, who are playing some lovely football and appear in control.

    Next Seasons Ups & Downs

I wouldn't write off Bristol, they will also be keeping most of their squad. I expect Wolves to be up there as well, Saunders left Donny in a good position in this league. I suspect that at least one of the promoted teams will do well. They have what we have lacked for eons - true momentum, and...

Heh, didn't Dean Saunders leave Doncaster for the Wolves job? They've just spend a shitload on redeveloping their ground as well. Our 'best ground in League 1' claim could be under serious threat next season! :p They should never have sacked McCarthy.

Coming to whatever postcode City are playing in next season From the Championship: Bristol City are already down and Wolves will join them if they fail to beat Brighton away next week. Even if Wolves win, they will still go down if unless Barnsley get battered at Huddersfield. The remaining...

    Oh, what HOPES we had!

Well, things didn't get any better with Hopes + Shaw :( We took far too long to get going, and get fit.

    Oh, what HOPES we had!

I didn't personally think we would 'walk' this league. Yeovil deserve to be up there and Walsall (after a horrific run) have just missed out on the play-offs. But I expected more home wins for City and not to piss away 30+ points from winning positions. Good thing Robins got the squad fit and...

    Oh, what HOPES we had!

1st game of the season at Yeovil. Surely we would be too good for them, surely we would beat them and lay down a marker for the rest of the League: That we are Coventry City, and we mean business. Resistance by the rest of the League would be futile. Opposition defences would be irrelevant...
