Could the trust contact other midland rugby clubs and see if we could get them involved/join forces? I know it was mentioned several times that Worcester were unhappy.

Fair does, I could go back and delete my post so I don't look silly. But live by the keyboard, die by the keyboard as I like to say. In my defence it isn't on the Coventry City FC page of the telegraph which I was checking and only appears on the homepage.

No doubt it would be a disaster again and of course it is wrong, but that's the way it is heading at the moment.

Any reason why nothing about Andersons comments or the club statement hasn't appeared on telegraph yet? Did there Wasps and CCC overlords forbid it or are the telegraph just waiting on them to tell them what to write?

We may genuinely have no choice this time, at the moment pretty much everyone is refusing to negotiate whilst legal action is ongoing. Legal action which the club have no say in. There are three outcomes here that I can see 1. SISU drop legal action because of the damage it is doing to the club...

Looks like a stalemate from where I'm standing. I can't see SISU dropping legal action for anything or anyone be that the football league, wasps or council who are requesting it is dropped. In return everyone in Coventry refuses to negotiate with the football club whilst legal action is ongoing...

I agree with the sentiment but looking at the bigger picture I don't think its a particularly clever move. I'd rather they left this sort of stuff to the fans tbh

Come on mate, we all know the FL have no bollocks. Its looking increasingly unlikely that in two years we will have nowhere to play, even if concrete stadium plans were put in place tomorrow a new stadium wouldn't be ready. The FL would have no say, either they would have to allow it or kick us...

Don't think our fans have the fight for it anymore, people can't even be bothered to protest against SISU any more and they are universally hated. So getting people to fight where the fan base is split will be near impossible.

Maybe not at Northampton again then but take your pick of any other midlands club really. Pretty sure at the moment we will be forced out of the city within the next 2 years, football league will have no choice. They will either allow it or have to kick us out of the football league.

Option A is a non starter as they flat out refuse to even speak to the football club.
