    Fisher on new stadium

I think some have an issue of understanding responsibility. CCFC is 100% the responsibility of its directors & owners. Whilst others may influence it, it is the responsibility of its directors to adapt the club to such influences to ensure CCFC's prosperity. Likewise, had Sisu's INFLUENCE...

    Fisher on new stadium

The part I struggle to understand is its relevance. You've told me what the council wanted, you haven't told me what the club (that thing that brings us all on here) wanted. Why didn't the club, at any point in the last 12 years, present a bid for the council's share in ACL?

Coventry City 'can't survive in League One' and have their priorities wrong

Its interesting that in that graph Peterborough had similar revenue to us, yet when we were after Mackail-Smith and Aaron McLean Barry Fry immediately rebuffed us saying we couldn't afford it. How come could Peterborough do that but we cant?

Ok, but why was no bid made?

    Fisher on new stadium

You still didn't answer why no bid was made for the councils half.

    Fisher on new stadium

Wonder why they never submitted a bid for the councils half?

Coventry City 'can't survive in League One' and have their priorities wrong

Which is precisely why a new stadium isn't the answer. (I'm not suggesting throwing millions at promotion is either).

    Fisher on new stadium

Why don't they buy the land on the other side of the railway and build an exhibition hall there?

    The value of support??

I had been bought a ticket for that Man Utd game for Christmas. Didn't go as I was ill, I still regret that decision all these years later!

    Byng the merciless speaks

I know it wasn't, I'm just playing devils advocate. It's no different to when it was suggested that we wait for Fisher outside his kids school. That wasn't serious, but people on here were appalled weren't they?

Advocating violence against those with a different opinion. Brilliant. Is this what we've become?

    Byng the merciless speaks

Good to see a bit of Jo Elliot bashing on here, not had it for a while. Always important to hold those truly responsible to account. In other news President Von Hindenburg was today announced as history's greatest monster for appointing Hitler as German chancellor.

I'm not sure I would want him anywhere near to be honest. He has managed the unthinkable in appearing even less competent than sisu.

There weren't any major surprises in the accounts so surely if he was interested before then he still is now?

    In the interests of balance.........

No one is balanced, everyone has an opinion. The only issue here is between those who admit that they are not balanced, and those who pretend they are. I am happy to admit that I am unbalanced in that I pin most blame to one side.

    Question Mark over Academy

A charity has to make as much as it can through its commercial activities in order to fund it's charitable activities. The charity has obviously decided that it's funding would be better spent elsewhere. Seen as so many on here were against higgs being involved in our club, you would think...
