I can't imagine anyone in their right mind becoming a co-investor with Sisu and working in partnership with them. At least, not unless they had very deep pockets and the best lawyers in the world.

I like your style, duffer! As I don't have a PSL, I can't take you up on your offer. If two or three people tried, Sisu wouldn'd care. However, if 10, 20, 30 or more people tried, and made it public, the publicity would be another shot across their bows - we are not going to give in.

You could be half right, Grendel. It would not be easy to start a Phoenix club. However, I'm not sure that 'thousands' will be trying to buy tickets for Sixfields. You don't seem to understand the strength of feeling against this move. Or is the opinion of the majority of posters on this site...

I think the CVA talks have been put off for a while. Today's talks are a last ditch effort to get some agreement on Sky Blues playing at the Ricoh.
