Mowbray wants to bring back Proschwitz permanently...

Robert Fleck is getting a little old now don't you think? ;)

Mowbray wants to bring back Proschwitz permanently...

Yes, seems he was dropped but reading comments by FGR supporters was not on ability. Seems a case of new manager preferring his own players and FGR supporters certainly seems to think very highly of Stokes.

Mowbray wants to bring back Proschwitz permanently...

He played 133 games for them including18 last season (part of which he was injured). 129 of those he started. Let's stop this nonsense about him bring a reserve or not being good enough at Forest Green.

When was Stokes rejected by Forest Green? Got a source for that? As for Proschwitz am willing to give him a chance. Would be worried if he didn't bring in another striker too though. Think he can do a job but don't expect him to be prolific.

    More good news !

Don't get me wrong, from a business perspective it makes absolute sense. I just think they are pricing the average fan out of the game, particularly at the top level.

    More good news !

I agree that supply and demand dictates for someone like Arsenal, but whether a load of middle-class folks buying tickets that the average family can't afford is right is open for debate. For me, that is wrong and hence why I believe it is overpriced.

Premier League obviously. Not all about that though is it? Overcharging just because you can. I'm just glad our club are bucking the trend with this. I personally think we are doing the right thing.

Ok, it was a rough guide. How about English ticket prices have risen way above the rate that the average salary has risen. This is fact so I'm not sure what there is to disagree with.

Be more specific. I think football tickets generally are overpriced but ours are ok. You agreed with this only a few minutes ago. Make your mind up.

Average season ticket in Bundesliga is £138. Premier League is £508 on last season's figures according to the below article... http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/price-football-report-fans-england-4438510

Sorry, sarcasm. Should have made that clear. Of course inflation is relevant. It means that relatively tickets cost a lot more now compared to people's salaries than it did 20 odd years ago.

Why wouldn't you? Also, comparing to prices in other countries was not acceptable. What am I allowed to compare it to? Is there an official list?
  18. mark82

    More good news !

I've already said our prices are relatively reasonable. I'm talking in more general terms across English football.
