I think I am probably one of the main people you are referring to. Do not recall anyone saying it was JUST drunken Liverpool fans...nor that the dead & injured bought it on themselves. Most, or even possibly ALL of us were saying it was a catalogue of things but drunken Liverpool fans turning up...

I think part of his training includes becoming immune to pressure of any sort other than legalities.

I think we are in agreement that the FL are bricking-it over which way to go then at the moment, & are determined to keep their noses out, as best they can, until their own lawyers can do some sort of damage limitation.

I think the guy is on a hiding to nothing "Officer of the Court" i.e. IMPARTIAL. Some just will not accept that though. He must look after the interests of creditors which is where people perhaps wrongly think he is biased - as the main ones are ultimately SISU. He is not going to be influenced...
