SISU v Football League - in Court.

Going only by reading the earlier posts (so I stand to be corrected) referring to his interview - that 8000 appears to be the anticipated attendance figure at a venue outside the City...whilst the new stadium is being built & NOT the planned capacity of the new stadium.

SISU v Football League - in Court.

You mean you doubt it will happen. Just like many things are doubted...but happen.

SISU v Football League - in Court.

How can you say they "would be effected (affected even?)"??? Not every club is set up like ours so all it would mean for some is "Okay...we'll make a note of that". Or am is missing some subtlety hidden point?

They think its all over - it is now!

The share itself is not saleable, nor transferable by anyone except the FL is my understanding of the FL stance. The only stumbling block is the potential legal stance on this "beneficial" thing. So I think the naming rights are what needs to be bought - which if the new CCFC Ltd owner obviously...

    Tonight's statement from the administrator.....

You may be right...so many twists, turns, ifs & buts.

    The Future of CCFC

They aren't employed as such - they are contract workers.

I know it looks bad on her, & it is possible she was just getting some weird morbid voyeuristic pleasure...but shock & the associated bewilderment does strange things to people.

    Tonight's statement from the administrator.....

We do not know when this is supposed to have happened.

    The 8 buyers

When did the "transfers" take place...we have & had embargo's on transfers. The current one might mean the FL can dictate who they are allowed to transfer the players to - again that "goodwill" thing between Holdings & a new CCFC Ltd would be required. Every way they turn it seems SISU will have...

Man Beheaded in the street in Woolwich

In fairness - at least some of these "contemptible" people would not want to go near the poor victim whilst there are still two bloodied knife & machete wielding attackers around for fear of then being attacked themselves? Unless faced with some of these situations it's hard to know how we would...

    The Future of CCFC

Wonder what power the FL could exert there though? There is a transfer embargo on . Maybe they could prevent the players being sold to anyone other than the newly owned CCFC Ltd?

    Tonight's statement from the administrator.....

Ah yes - that might well be it.

    Tonight's statement from the administrator.....

OR, as I see it - the FL give the new owner of CCFC Ltd the GS, meaning the goodwill onus is upon Holdings. All they would have left is a pipe dream & the costs of running their version of a non-playing (in the FL) Club. So all associated will have a value but probably a much reduced one for...

    Tonight's statement from the administrator.....

By who exactly? Are you now suggesting the administrator himself telling whoppers?

Did he say 8 intresting parties?

Branson...he's taken on & succeeded at many things. Maybe it's that time of life for him to indulge a little with his mega-rich peers who are already in the game? I think his attitude & open mind towards running things would be a breath of fresh air.

    Tonight's statement from the administrator.....

I too remain full of hope that the most positive outcome is going to be found very soon so that we can all have hope for the future...it's not asking too much is it???

    Tonight's statement from the administrator.....

As its non-trading it likely employs nobody. Simply contracts as required to administer what needs to be done.
