What is best for the Tax Payer?

I wouldn't suggest that businesses will go under from all this, however you are right business can't be doing as well without CCFC at the Ricoh. So in order to get the economy in the area going again the best outcome for the taxpayer (not neccessarily the CCFC fan) is to sell it to the highest...

What is best for the Tax Payer?

SISU won't drop the JR. But I don't see anything else wrong with that statement. Unless things are going on behind the scenes ......

What is best for the Tax Payer?

on the basis that they were not recieving payment? You can't use that as an argument because if they hadn't done that every tax payer (especially the ones who couldn't care less about the football team) would be slagging them off on the basis that they let a hedge fund take them to the cleaners...

They said things before, but since then have been advised not to. That is why it all came to a halt.

What is best for the Tax Payer?

This is my argument though ...... if we are talking solely on the purpose of getting the best return for the taxpayer it is not to sell it to JS or the football club if they are not going to pay as much as other potential buyers?

What is best for the Tax Payer?

I agree. So sell to highest bidder? Or convert to something of use for tax payer.

What is best for the Tax Payer?

Considering Les Reid and others have used this "What is best for the Tax Payer" argument, I was wondering what people's stance on this is? Whenever I have questioned it nobody has given me a proper response. I personally don't think either side can use this as an argument because in the real...

A Prison of Measured Time...blog update

I understand what his piece is about, but on twitter he is arguing that Michael's NOPM/KCIC campaign does not take in to consideration the taxpayer. If you actually take in to consideration the taxpayer then ask yourself what is the best thing to do? Sell The Ricoh to JS at her price? Or sell to...

A Prison of Measured Time...blog update

I don't think he is saying that they have any impact he is suggesting that they do not consider the taxpayer. Yet he isn't fully considering the taxpayer himself so I don't see how he can use that argument.

A Prison of Measured Time...blog update

Would it matter if it was him or your cats left testicle? As long as the taxpayer is getting the best return.

A Prison of Measured Time...blog update

This is what confuses me ...... he suggest Michael should resign from KCIC/NOPM because he doesn't consider the return to the taxpayer, yet then clearly states that they want the Ricoh on the cheap. If we use the argument of the taxpayer the best thing to do now is knock the Ricoh down and sell...

    Fans fighting outside sixfields

I don't want to start a slanging match with people anymore but I don't think you are quite getting this. How is he questioning all sides with regards to the "fighting" outside sixfields? How is he not defending one when all he re-tweets is people commenting about what people on the hill do...

A Prison of Measured Time...blog update

I hadn't read the thread comments until this morning and I am quite shocked. I have left a comment this morning (currently awaiting moderation) which states: "Les I appreciate that you have done a lot in the saga that is now our beloved Coventry City FC. However surely you realise that this is...

    Fans fighting outside sixfields

Les Reid is doing my head in on twitter this morning. What is his issue? He hears 1 side of the story and accuses Micahel who runs the KCIC/NOPM campaign of promoting bullying/trolling on his page! Absolutely ridiculous. Usually like reading his stuff but this morning he is just re-tweeting...

We'll Come Back To The Ricoh...

I am quite dissapointed in Les to be quite honest. Nothing new has been learnt. Expected him to give her a bit more of a grilling ......... Only thing I respect Joy for saying in that interview was that she said "If I was asked would I make the same investment again back in 2007 the answer...

Sky Blues administrator: Still time for warring parties to strike up a deal

I hate sisu.I hate Otium. I hate everything they stand for. But I cannot stand up for ACL either. I know what Paul Appleton has said in that article proves nothing and you could fit a bus through several holes in his statement ...... However, ACL now need to table an offer, straight to CCFC...
