    Yeovil Attendance

I'm not sure that say 20 games with 15,000 at say £10 a go, would really bring in enough money for the club at all to be honest.

    Yeovil Attendance

If there is a percentage of F@B going to the club, then a good incentive to keep ticket prices down, and crowd sizes up.

    Fisher's Remarks...

I think that we may have to wait and see how the next two years of the two year deal go first before anything like that happens to be honest.

    Fisher's Remarks...

I won't be happy until we get a Truth and Reconcilliation Committee!

    Fisher's Remarks...

That's the thing, Sisu may very well have moved the goalposts again if ACL had agreed to it, but we'll never know either way on that one now. Though if ACL had accepted those terms, Sisu rejected them, but then accepted them 18 months later I think we would be seeing(justly)rather more odium...

Deal done behind Lucas back while she was away?

I think that initial negotiations in London were with Joy Seppala, Ann Lucas,Martin Reeves, the Rev, and his mediation expert, possibly some others. That bloke hasn't got much right in his article at all!

    Fisher's Remarks...

I think that OSB reiterated that what was asked for by the club, but rejected by ACL 18 months ago has now been accepted by ACL. Selective reading is rife on this site.

    Fisher's Remarks...

Not exactly sold the rights to Compass, as OSB said they set up a joint venture, called IEC, which they sold 23% of to compass, for about £4million I think.

    Fisher's Remarks...

Yes we do, as is shown in the Q@A. Though things have changed since then and obviously what was non-negotiable 18 months ago by ACL, has now been negotiated. Just wish that they could have negotiated then.

    Fisher's Remarks...

He also says that ACL don't get a penny of F and B income as it all goes to a catering company. The catering company 77% owned by ACL. Not a dig at ACL, more at his journalism.

You could try reading stuff first before just posting random stuff from inside your head. Just a thought.

    Fisher's Remarks...

So we didn't go to Northampton and we're not back at The Ricoh on a short term deal? Thank fuck for that, it was all just a nightmare after all. Was as detailed as that whole series of Dallas that never happened too.

    A little!

    Fisher's Remarks...

It's a two year deal, with further 2 year option, surely the rent won't be at the same rate it was before, there was a mediator involved(Rev John Witcombe) and hve seen that there is at least a share of match-day revenues. All could have been agreed before surely? You know I'm definitely not...

    Fisher's Remarks...

We know it's a short term deal, less rent, a mediator was involved, and, it seems, a percentage of match day revenues. All things that were not on the table initially from ACL.

    Fisher's Remarks...

There is no doubt aabout the short term deal, rent being less than it was previously, and a mediator getting involved. The only speculation is on match day revenues for f@b.
  17. lordsummerisle

    Fisher's Remarks...

Thaat's why I said "seems", but does appear to be the consensus that we now have a short-term deal, with less rent, match-day revenues and that an independent mediator got involved as a go-between. All things that the club asked for and ACL(for the most part) refused to budge on.

    Fisher's Remarks...

The Sky Blues Trust Q@A with both ACL and CCFC in March last year. It seems that ACL have now agreed to all of these, so why not before?
  19. lordsummerisle

    Fisher's Remarks...

No it was in the plan to stay at the Ricoh with the much reduced rent, with access to match-day f@B, a short term rental deal, and an independent mediator to be the go-between. All of those have happened now apparently, and it seems a much increased appetite by fans to watch the team which...

    Fisher's Remarks...

Well the club wanted much reduced rent, combined with access to match=day f@B, short-term rental deal, and an independent mediator back then All of which was rejected out of hand at the time by ACL, yet now(apparently) all of those things are agreed between them now.
