Exactly - it is SISU who need to take a long hard look...at THEIR process success is either instant (i.e. throw in shed loads of money) or gradually build (requires a good standard and consistency behind the scenes) Maybe...just maybe (& imo hopefully) - the latter is what they have chosen...
