He’s one of only 800 people in the country with the ability to vote up or down on the laws that govern this country. For the avoidance of doubt, that makes him a political figure, whether he makes use of it or not.

Who is Mr Levedev? Do you need a lie down?

Yeah, true. But I think the music industry faced a much greater challenge from piracy than football ever did/ever will, and it’s doing just fine. In any case I think the movie/home entertainment industry is a better comparison, with the bums on seats demanding an ever-more premium product, and...

Clearly, and it would be odd to argue otherwise. Take the L and move on.

Music industry revenues are at their highest levels in decades and have been growing steadily for years. When your product is universally popular, there is almost always a way back.

No you’re quite right, I don’t want us to try and win games, and that’s why Tavares must stay benched at all costs.

I don’t dislike the guy, I just think it’s very odd that after we win 4-1 and our first choice strikers play very well, people still want to moan about why Tavares didn’t play. Sounds like he’s the main attraction for some people now!

O'Hare is a Burden on the Team

I think most fans of pretty much every team who’ve seen him play this season (including ours) acknowledge he’s a great player, and haven’t been quiet about it all season. Which shouldn’t be a surprise, because he is obviously great.

This approach would be a very efficient way to get fired from your job. I think Lawrence said himself that the game plan was entirely Robins, as you would expect.

Did they bring Nilsson out at half time? I was getting a pint, he’s the only guy I’d be gutted to miss.

I must admit I thought he was miles off at the time, didn’t think the goal would stand.

Honestly I think one of the biggest problems fans have with him is that he’s an obstacle to Tavares getting minutes. Which I totally understand to a degree, but if Tavares had come on and played like Waghorn has the last few games, the hype would be at Mbappe levels - he’s done pretty well recently.

Waghorn needs minutes and confidence, it was clearly the right call to bring him on during a 4-1 laugher. Also he nearly scored, so why stress about it.

What a fucking afternoon, if it was boxing the ref would have stopped it after about 75 minutes. (The ref, incidentally, was a total prick)

The Sky Blues Talk guide to football management (which is easy btw): * Make three subs as early as you can (and always at HT if you’re not winning) * Play the good U23 players (we’ll never know if they’re good enough otherwise) * “Shithousery” or “dark arts” (why aren’t we getting in the...
