While I’m obviously not going to suggest anyone break the law, a completely inconspicuous protest is also going to go completely unnoticed.

If we’ve exhausted all other options, and our only choices are either a groundshare away from Cov, or paying for the pitch ourselves, why wouldn’t we take the cheaper option?

I bought my ST because I wanted to watch games in Coventry - as much as I love the team it wasn’t an act of charity. If they don’t give me what I paid for then why should I pay?

While it’s clearly not a problem of our making, a competent front office would have anticipated a potential issue with the pitch and come up with a contingency plan. Instead we’re scrabbling for a solution game-by-game and making it up as we go.

Selling Gyokeres is surely the only way we can improve the squad in a meaningful way.

We’re better than the Gyokeres-less 2020/21 team which was also not in danger of going down. I think your fears are overblown; I also think it’s fantasy to suggest that what Gyokeres can do for this team is worth more than, say, £15 million quid.

We have zero depth in key areas of the team and only one real chip to cash in if we want to do anything to change that. Nevermind selling Gyokeres this window, we should have sold him last month imo.
