    Who Dunnit?

Why are women less likely to be coked up Stone Island teenagers?

    How's this justice?

I was talking about the original case.

    How's this justice?

Well obviously you can compare them - that’s why we have a criminal justice system. Generally speaking it’s hard to see how falsely accusing someone of a heinous crime is going to be as bad as actually committing the crime itself. Of course, if someone causes damages to someone with a false...

Mike Ashley Takeover …Ready and Waiting

Moss Bros forums full of people convinced that he’s only buying G&H because he really wants to take them over as well - it’s too good an opportunity to turn down!

    Club Shop

Sure - but it doesn't bother you if it takes us longer than other clubs to do so?

    How's this justice?

It's obviously a horrendous thing to do, but surely it's not as bad as actually raping someone.

It doesn't bother you at all that it seems to be taking us longer to get our ducks in a row?

    Qatar World Cup 2022

I don’t know if it’s cheating, but it’s clearly subjective and erratic as to how and when it’s used, and it certainly doesn’t end any debates. Which means it’s pointless basically - may as well just let the refs crack on and save us all the time.

    Qatar World Cup 2022

I’m not sure what you mean then? I think the trend is pretty clear that athletes in general are getting faster/stronger etc and they obviously have better facilities available today, but sure, there are a few records that have lasted many years regardless. Are you suggesting that human...

    Premier League thread

I think some of these owners may have been pinning more on the future of the European Super League than they were letting on.

    Qatar World Cup 2022

Yeah he was great, but that's not what we're talking about. To say that incremental advances in sports science have for some reason bypassed football players doesn't make sense to me. As someone else said, players becoming more healthy and technically gifted might not always make for a more...

    Premier League thread

No, although they have just signed a big rights deal with MLS on Apple TV+. I don't see why they'd want to own a team though, and I'm sure a media company like Apple wanting to buy a club would set off alarm bells with the Premier League.

    Qatar World Cup 2022

Why would track and field athletes/swimmers/cyclists etc all be consistently getting faster and stronger, while footballers were all getting slower and weaker?

    Gyokeres

Feels like we're straining a little to make an argument for staying that would (completely coincidentally) be in our interests! Personally if I was Gyokeres I'd be more worried about a goal drought/bad injury/economic downturn between now and the summer narrowing my options.
