A lot to unpack there (sovereign independence = nonsense?) but my main question boils down to this - if it’s wrong for us to perceive Russia as a threat, why is it legitimate for Russia to perceive NATO as one?

Do you have a list of countries which aren’t really independent, sovereign states as they claim to be? Or is it just Ukraine?

I think the shortages have been an issue well before any panic buying (not that I've seen any evidence of that) - it's very much a supply issue rather than a demand one, and I'm not sure how you go about hoarding fresh produce the same way as toilet roll...

Where have I been dismissive of her actions? We can talk about her alleged crimes all day for all I care - the best place to do that is a courtroom. If she (or anyone else) went before a court of law and turned out to be not guilty, then I would have to have a good reason to want her behind...

There’s an awful lot of projection here (ranging from a thirst for clemency, to rage, to fake compassion, to….sympathies with terrorists?) but ultimately I think she should face justice, like any other British person. As unpalatable to you as they may be, the arguments being made in her defence...
