On the sign does it explain in the small print exactly when... ie during the 35th minute (34:00-35:00) or when the clock shows 35m which is technically the 36th minute... small print on that would probably help....

No - we tried to pin her on this but the fact it was not clarified as City Centre can only mean distance from boundary. Note that 6m was claimed to be the furthest of the sites, they would not state how close the nearest one was due to "commercial confidentiality"...

Don't forget that arsenal season tickets have fa cup included so we get a good deal on that. We will EASILY make the above probably more as the only tickets that are going on the cheaper are mostly the away allocation....

Let them buy ACL for 15m or so. Issue a 99yr lease on the stadium with covenant that ccfc must play there at zero rent to prevent being screwed if they sell ccfc or ACL. Lease on the arena side to continue at remaining 40yrs...

I guess the real question is would we have sold another 3500 tickets at £37 a pop? Possibly we would have sold a chunk of them... I guess at least this way the club has guaranteed the maximum return possible from the game and would we expect anything else? Anyway I got my tickets in the end...

I guess the worst case scenario would be not getting anyone in, but keeping everyone... so you would be relatively happy with this... only to lose Clarke at the last minute of the window.... I can already see it happening like a slow motion car crash!

On FB it says less than 1500 left an hour ago, so 3600 sold. I would suspect that there may be a handful of tickets left tomorrow but you better be quick or queuing at the shop at 9:30... Looks like the game will be a complete sell out!

The longer it goes on the more it is possible that Leon might just stay until end of year? It looks like he really wanted to return to his home club, (and who wouldn't want that) so I don't think he will leave to go to any other L1 club, and I don't see many championship sides showing an interest.

Perfect many thanks. 1.9m a year or 420kpy via lease... massive difference! So currently it is 10m outlay, plus 14m mortgage, less any profits received via ACL or am I right in saying that ACL have to put all profits into repaying the lease first?

Sure, but has anyone considered even the possibility that maybe Higgs are in the wrong. Maybe Sisu were happy to let the whole thing drop - their counter suit only comes in response to Higgs suing them. Perhaps they see being sued by Higgs as the point of no return and as such no point holding...

Me personally I wouldn't support a pheonix or other club in the city even if CCFC didn't return went bust etc. However, that is not to say that a pheonix club should not be formed. Whilst that club would hold no affinity for me, you would like to hope that eventually the kids of Coventry...

Today is away tickets.... it was supposed to be General sale when originally announced, but after rejecting the additional allocation (somewhat foolishly it now seems) they changed the general sale to Saturday - but it looks as though there will not be any left.

And after 3 more years who knows SS might be allowed then... pipedreams we are further away from a return than ever :(
