    The accounts are out!

Ouch. Fisher wasn't lying when he said the club was losing £500,000 a month. But I can't understand how we can be losing that much money given the decreasing wage bill. Do the accounts give any indication?

    The Chinaman Has Not Disappeared

    That's what Sisu did.

The Palace insolvency was handled by Sheffield-based P&A Partnership. One of its partners is Brendan Guilfoyle, who the CT spoke to when they finally caught up on the whole ARVO debenture business. Sample reminder: "Brendan Guilfoyle, a leading UK expert in football finance and an insolvency...

    Transfer embargo lifted.

Spot on NLHWC, as the phrase goes "show me the money!" We can now theoretically sign somebody, but I wait to see whether we actually do! (I hope we do) At least the accounts will soon be online and we can find out how little money we have and where we stand with regards to making signings.

    Very worrying times ahead

Jaymo, is that hand gesture for Sisu or the person in "Hoffman circle"?

    England vs Ukraine matchday thread

The ball was over the line but there was an offside in the build up, so not a goal.

What do you want to see on SBT? (2012)

"Have a look for an App called Tapatalk, it is about 99p I think but well worth it for using the site on an ipad" <- Thanks Nick. I don't mind particularly mind reading the forum on an iPad without TapaTalk. The only thing I miss is the reply with quote button. If we could just have that little...

    Are sisu all that bad?

Sorry Jack, your argument can be pulled apart line by line, but I can't be bothered to do it. The threads on this finance board contain many of the reasons many on SBT would disagree with you. The only bit where you may have a point is on whether Andy Thorn can take some of the blame - and...

    Financial info

Could it be that ARVO provided the loan that cleared the second mortgage and took the debenture as security at a later date?

    If we go under?

I would imagine that if CCFC goes bust, the name, badge and league entry etc will all default to Sisu's twin company ARVO, which holds the debenture, and it would be up to them (god help us) to reform the team, or to sell those rights to the fans or any other parties interested in forming a "new...

Ricoh Bid Rejected by Alan Higs charity

I wish for a billionaire to take over, pump squillions into our club and for us to win the champions league - but I doubt it'll happen. Given CCFC appears to be heading for oblivion, I think it is entirely right that the fans start organising in preparation for that day.

Ricoh Bid Rejected by Alan Higs charity

Why shouldn't amateurs run a football club? Look what the "professionals" have done to ours!

Yes, thanks PWKH. Your taking time to tell us what you can is much appreciated here.

Ricoh Bid Rejected by Alan Higs charity

Reading between the lines, it sounds like Sisu have been trying to get the ground on the cheap. I sense they failed to read up their charity law and thought they could strong arm the un-strong armable into doing a deal. They failed. The doomsday scenario just came a step closer.

What happens next, Cov Tel do'nt know.

I would have thought we'd have heard about that before now if staff were not paid for that long. Are you talking about players? Backroom staff? Office staff? Can anyone confirm that?

    Embargo unlawful

I doubt AT will be allowed to reinvest much, if any, of those wages. And Cov is under embargo because a budget has not been agreed for next year.

    Paul Barber

He probably opened Cov's books, screamed and ran to Brighton as fast as he could.
