    Favourite ever goal…

Loved the goal v Norwich, that was where he put Bryan Gunn on his arse before rolling it in the net. The Wimbledon one, was that the fancy dress pitch invasion game?

A wet and windy 18 miler this morning to round off a 40 mile week. Run made up of 2 miles easy / 4 miles tempo, repeated twice. Third block of 4 miles a real struggle as the shit weather really kicked in. It has pissed down every day in 2026 in the SW, getting really boring now Day off...

Cheers! I have a 20 mile race in March. I did it last year in 2.17 which was just under sub 3 marathon pace. I think if I can get near 2.15 in it this year then it will give me a big confidence boost for a sub 3

Yes I've been seeing your runs on Strava, that was a good one. What time are you hoping for at London? I also am training for an April marathon and have been upping the mileage and intensity recently. Did a 17 mile long run Saturday alternating between easy miles around 8.15 per mile and...

Floodwater in Devon making running difficult at the moment. Tried running home from work (Exeter) last night only to find my route cut off by 5 ft floods. Tried a few diverts but also all flooded. In the end gave up, ran to the main road and phoned the missus to come get me 🤦

Fair play. I'm ramping up now ahead of an April marathon. Also did a 16 mile this weekend as part of a 39 mile week. Ran it as 4 on/4 off alternating between easy pace and something just a bit slower than race target pace

    Internet Radio

I'd recommend this too. Regularly have it on the Internet radio in the kitchen whilst doing the dinner in the week (their morning and then mid morning show)
