Will Thursday's big news be a ground share with the Cobblers...

What are you redeveloping? I thought Sixfields was less than 20 years old. I remember going to your tumbledown wreck of a ground in the 1980s sometime, but thought you left that for Sixfields.

Will Thursday's big news be a ground share with the Cobblers...

We occasionally get the odd rumour about a rich Chinese tycoon, who we never hear of again. Was just trying to find out what Northampton might need money for - maybe they need to build a house for Roy "20 goals in a season" O'Donovan...

Will Thursday's big news be a ground share with the Cobblers...

Ha, as I said, I don't have foggiest, but a few of their fans seem to be getting excited about something, while also using words like interesting times and blue sky. It might be nothing that concerns us, but then again maybe a few of their fans are closer to people in the know than ours are to...

Will Thursday's big news be a ground share with the Cobblers...

Someone on the Cobblers forum suggests there will be two bits of news, one good and one divisive. They seem to be nattering about a redevelopment that would, I assume, be good for them. Someone also suggests a 3-year ground share with Cov (divisive surely?) could help pay for that redevelopment...

    Trust Meeting with Football Laegue

That might have been a tad unfair on Mr Hannon! By the way, I wasn't criticising the trust in saying this didn't give us concrete answers, just lamenting the situation we fans find ourselves in.

    Trust Meeting with Football Laegue

Oh, the minutes on the Trust website are longer. It continues: We asked whether, in doing that, the Board would look at business plan proposals in the light of the recent accounts of the Club in the period leading-up to Administration, emphasising that no such accounts have been filed by...

    Trust Meeting with Football Laegue

That seems to clarify the process somewhat (as much as anything involving unpublished insolvency policies can do), but doesn't seem to get us much nearer to any concrete answers about where we will play etc.

    Trust Meeting with Football Laegue

From Cov Mad: NOTE OF MEETING - SKY BLUE TRUST, SUPPORTERS DIRECT & FOOTBALL LEAGUE - 27 JUNE 2013 Peter Hannon (PH) of The Football League (FL) travelled to Coventry to meet representatives of the Trust and Supporters Direct. He confirmed that the Trust could share with Trust Members...

Nikki Sinclaire meeting Greg Clarke league chairman

    Gary Deegan

Hay, that's not bad. A shoe-in for pun of the year? Maybe not, but I'll in-stall it in the running and I'm sure it'll be jockeying for position at the line.

Red kit?! It must mean a takeover similar to the other CCFC...

How do you know that JS is a horse Otis? Have you seen a picture of her or is this just speculation? :o Edit: I'm being thick. If she's told you this, you could have met her? Or was it a phone call? ;)

    Half Time Music

Sorry for necroing this thread, but I didn't think this was worth starting a whole new one. I was just wondered if anyone else has heard Breathing Underwater by Metric and thought of While the Sky is Blue? Here is our old favourite (with a few nostalgic clips of Highfield Road)...

    Your verdict

None taken Brian. I specifically asked the question purely on Otium because I wanted to strip out arguments about other bidders etc and just get a sense of what people thought about the company the administrator selected with the others having now (at the time I set the poll anyway) fallen into...

    Your verdict

You don't think you know enough about the situation to say whether you welcome Otium Entertainment or not? As we don't have perfect knowledge, all any of us can do is give a gut reaction based on what we know so far. Otium may prove to be wonderful and enlightened owners that prove 96% of us...
