What are you redeveloping? I thought Sixfields was less than 20 years old. I remember going to your tumbledown wreck of a ground in the 1980s sometime, but thought you left that for Sixfields.

We occasionally get the odd rumour about a rich Chinese tycoon, who we never hear of again. Was just trying to find out what Northampton might need money for - maybe they need to build a house for Roy "20 goals in a season" O'Donovan...

Ha, as I said, I don't have foggiest, but a few of their fans seem to be getting excited about something, while also using words like interesting times and blue sky. It might be nothing that concerns us, but then again maybe a few of their fans are closer to people in the know than ours are to...

Someone on the Cobblers forum suggests there will be two bits of news, one good and one divisive. They seem to be nattering about a redevelopment that would, I assume, be good for them. Someone also suggests a 3-year ground share with Cov (divisive surely?) could help pay for that redevelopment...

That might have been a tad unfair on Mr Hannon! By the way, I wasn't criticising the trust in saying this didn't give us concrete answers, just lamenting the situation we fans find ourselves in.

That seems to clarify the process somewhat (as much as anything involving unpublished insolvency policies can do), but doesn't seem to get us much nearer to any concrete answers about where we will play etc.

You don't think you know enough about the situation to say whether you welcome Otium Entertainment or not? As we don't have perfect knowledge, all any of us can do is give a gut reaction based on what we know so far. Otium may prove to be wonderful and enlightened owners that prove 96% of us...
