    Well, well. The plot thickens.

CWR have found another SISU fan to interview now

I hope the middle square is a free choice square because you clearly forgot "SISU rent boy" :claping hands:

CWR have found another SISU fan to interview now

Haven't you heard? Being 60m in debt and languishing in mid table in the third division of English football is the new benchmark of successful club ownership.

    Online Shop

I'm getting a Runtime Error when I try to load it. Sums up the club at the moment, really.

    Online Shop

It's being hosted in a server in a wheelbarrow outside of Tesco's.

    Tim Fisher on the Radio

Was Stuart Linnell wasn't it? Explains why he wasn't pressed further.

Or complicit. But that's the most unlikely scenario. In this post-Enron world I can't imagine any accounting firm doing anything overly dodgy.

    Tim Fisher on the Radio

I would have thought the director of a company publically stating, "The accounts aren't quite true," would attract some sort of sanction? Especially, you know, since directors are required to sign off on accounts and state they are true and correct? Fecking Fisher...

Walsall Talks Have Taken Place - Darryl Murphy

Scant consolation, I'm sure, but if it does happen, know that most of us wish it hadn't.

    Purely hypothetical..................................

If it was the Hawks, then you saw Hawthorn. Melbourne are the Demons. As a Hawthorn fan, being called the Melbourne Hawks has certain angry historical connotations! :)

So you need another ground ........ Rotherham did it

Sure is. In the city being the operative words. And can we please get someone who has demonstrated a modicum of fucking competence to oversee it, because right now I wouldn't put Fisher in charge of moving my couch from one side of the lounge to the other, let alone the construction of a new...

Nice Work Tim - Telegraph interview today

I wouldn't say I don't care, it relates to the future of the club, but I certainly don't believe anything anyone says anymore, least of all Fisher. Also, I think we'd all prefer to be talking about which overrated crap players Pressley was bringing in for the upcoming season :D

    Purely hypothetical..................................

It's not that exciting anymore. Constant rule changes have put paid to the physicality of the sport. I used to like it, but I find it unwatchable now.

    Purely hypothetical..................................

No, there isn't an Australian supporters club. Though I was once named and quoted in an article written back in 1999 as being a co-founder of a new Australian Supporters Club. Which was news to me, I was nineteen, at university, time poor and had absolutely no intention of founding a...

I'd support my local teams here in Oz, but English league football would be dead to me.

That would be rather difficult, given that at this stage there still aren't any season tickets to buy ;)

    ACL grow up

You're naive if you think this is about access to revenue.
  19. The Penguin

    Not one penny more

A month or so ago, I probably would have been against this, because it will hurt the football club before it hurts the owners. Now though? I'm all for it (though unlike others on here, I refuse to judge others who disagree). Simply because I can't see how it's going to be any more or less...

    Club Statement

They might want to start by tightening up the procedures around ownership and transfer of the share, so that something like this can't happen again. Maybe you're right, maybe they already are, who knows?
