In full: Appleton's report to the High Court

Well PKBH said on CWR that ACL/Higgs had spoken to 5 interested parties. The Administrator says 8 were interested. How many are still interested is all guess work.

    Tim Fishers Interview

TBH TF sounded more convincing than PKBH. Not that I believe either. TF said nothing worth bidding for in Ltd, so presume that no SISU related or CCFC Holdings will bid for it then, eh Tim. Also with regard to the land purchase, any bid would be subject to planning permission so give TF benefit...

Indicative bids only received so far

Reports say PH1V would only buy 50% of ACL. Better than having SISU, but still ACL/CCC involvement. Depends if there are any interested parties that have the money to rid us of all 3 of them.

    Online Shop

And why exactly were u looking for the on line shop? Remember, not a penny more;)

Indicative bids only received so far

Thinking would it be possible for 2 or 3 of the interested parties to form one large consortium and purchase 100% of The Ricoh and negotiate with SISU for Holdings. Happy days, no SISU, no ACL, no Council:p

    Sisu's own rules under Frc

The solution could be to remove SISU altogether for an agreed price paid in stages based on promotion to Championship and then Premier League. Question is would SISU agree. TF said categorically that CCFC is not for sale.

    Coventry United FC

Sky Blues FC would be the best name. We would be able to at least have some association with CCFC history

    Ignore what Timmy Fishook says..

I managed to listen to SL interviews with both TF and PKBH in full. According to TF there is nothing of value in Limited worth buying. My thoughts on this is that, at the time that ACL applied to HC to put CCFC Ltd in administration, Ltd held assets of value. Between that point and SISU...

    'Highfield Two'

Nearer to the city centre than ricoh yet outside city boundaries. Ansty?

    Brandon Speedway

That's a good shout for a ground share arrangement 7000 covered seats and 12500 capacity. Road network not too bad.

    Brandon Speedway

Its 11.5km from Cov City centre compared with Ricoh which is 5km. Do not know if site would be big enough for future expansion. Then as someone pointed out yesterday, the locals would surely be up in arms. From memory parking is a nightmare even for smaller Speedway crowds. Perhaps they could...

    Otium Entertainment to be dissolved

Used to provide the Football Club with working capital mmmmmm!!!! Guess that it is no longer required then?

    Try this scenario

But with no chance of selling

Will the trust come out and actively oppose a move away from the Ricoh ?

Do we have to guess where it is or are u gonna tell us
  15. BrisbaneBronco

    Try this scenario

You have PH1V who I guess is basically interested in the surrounding land. He buys a stake in ACL and forms AFC Coventry which starts at the bottom of the Football Pyramid playing at the Ricoh.

    Try this scenario

I would say probable, but what about fit and proper etc?

Planning permission for a new stadium

How far is the Ricoh from Pool Meadow, and is there anywhere of that distance outside CCC planning area where a ground could be built?:thinking about:

    Statement from administrator

We know where the Golden Share is. It is with the FL, who will choose who to give it to. The lease/rental agreement is in Ltd plus god knows what else. Would SISU risk buying that back and then FL give GS to PH1V?

    Fisher Arena - potential locations

Brandon is already a stadium so would only need to apply for change of use and expansion. Don't know whether the site is big enough to redevelop. Is close to railway also. Question is what would happen to Speedway and Greyhounds whilst ground is being built.
