Its not the best option for CCFC but the only option with SISU in charge. The preferred option is not available to SISU even if they had the finance. So much hatred between them CCC/ACL. Hell will freeze over before they do a deal.

Would assume that the other bidders would develop the area, build the train station, buy ACL and the Ricoh etc etc and CCFC would benefit from additional income streams. SISU will not invest to that extent. So their own proposal makes sense to them

Wonder if the the creditors in the 3 SISU companies relates to the debt they inherited when they took over, and they are trying to dump this.

I was thinking of Haskell working alongside the Asians and SISU out of the picture altogether. Financing and building of the Ricoh station would certainly be in one groups expertise.

SISU have already asked ACL for a run off deal of 3 years and this was rejected. The only way CCFC will return to the Ricoh is under new ownership. As for TF being replaced, JS is calling the shots, so replacing him with ANO will not solve the problem
