Some very positive news on the City front

Well with a bit of luck then we can sell Jonson Clarke-Harris as 3 players!

Doomed ? Not on your nelly

Well this is my feeling. Almost given up hope of survival this season so will just keep supporting the team and any win or even draw will be cheered by me. I see any draw we get against any team as a positive result.

I am totally astounded, shocked, astonished and amazed

Surely there must be someone at the club who can cross the ball properly?

Of course we will. Not often enough though. Not unless things change.

Some very positive news on the City front

City under 18's hammer MK Dons Johnson Clarke-Harris hat trick sinks Dons Coventry City under 18's hammered the MK Dons under 18's at Wougton on the Green, Milton Keynes by 7-2, this morning. Jonson Clarke-Harris scoring a hat trick and Courtney Richards helped himself to two goals...

We would. We lost 3 top players last season in King, Gunnar and Westwood. That has hurt us. King as the natural goalscorer, Gunnar as the box to box midfielder and Westwood as probably the best keeper in this division.

Is the time up for Andy Thorn

My honest opinion is that Thorn is obviously still a bit of a novice and is obviously making mistakes and therefore could not be described as a good manager. In saying that though I do think if anyone else came in any upward turn would be minimal and might just have put another 2, 3 or 4 points...

It must also give hope to the opposition. They know we don't create many chances and they know we don't score enough. We are currently scoring at an average of 0.7857 goals a game. Think that must demoralise us and spur on the opposition. I have no idea why the likes of Paxman keeps predicting...

I am totally astounded, shocked, astonished and amazed

We don't create hardly any clear cut chances in any game, so you are probably right.

BBC saying 5 attempts. 4 on target, 1 off. Maybe they added to our true tally out of sympathy.

Embarrassed to be a Cov fan

Or certainly hit with a sucker punch.

that yet again our goal getting, all potent, free scoring, net busting team failed to bag the 3 goals as some had been predicting on here before the game. Got the feeling that we may need to start getting 3 shots on target per game before we can start thinking of getting 3 goals. We now...

Its All Going To Come Down To The Final Game

It's going to go to the final game before the next international break at this rate.

    Don't forget................

Can we do so at quarter to five when we are 2-0 down?

    Championship 2011 stats

I'm surprised we'd won as many as 6 actually. 6 wins out of 35 games and an ever depleting squad and yet still people on here predict wins and us scoring 3 goals etc. Time to wake up and smell the coffee.

    3 homes in a row

The worst thing about it will be the attendances. Many people won't be able to pay for 3 home games in a row.

If we lose tomorrow we are relegated...

Weren't you expecting us to score 3 last week, Paxman? ;) Wish I had your optimism. We haven't looked like scoring 3 goals all season, let alone in one game .... and away from home. :o

If we lose tomorrow we are relegated...

Think if we lose against Doncaster and then Millwall we could enter a slump and that could ultimately seal our doom. Stress 'could.' Just think times when you hit bottom it can be very difficult to the pull yourselves out.

    Low scoring affair tomorrow?

Doesn't read right does it. It's the 'on the back of' which sounds like its just happened.

    Low scoring affair tomorrow?

I read that as 'Coventry City travel to the Keepmoat Stadium this weekend on the back of a five-match undefeated streak against fellow Championship strugglers Doncaster Rovers' Is that not correct?
